“PARIVARTHAN” (An Integrated Rural People Welfare Society), Eluru, Eluru District of Andhra Pradesh,  a Non-Governmental Voluntary Organization. It was registered in the year 1997 under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 at Kakinada, Kakinada District with the noble concept to implement all measures to uplift the living conditions of the persons with different abilities and people below poverty line irrespective of their caste, creed, religion or sex. Since its inception, the organization is rendering its services of Education, Welfare and Rehabilitation of persons with different abilities in Eluru area in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh.

The organization’s Main objective is to impart special education to the Hearing Impaired children with modern and scientific methods. Since its inception the organization is providing services in both day & residential care. Presently it is being implemented the activities like awareness generation, prevention of disabilities, General Health Camps and implementation of Swatcha Bharath programs etc. to the PwDs, their families and the people in the rural areas in the district.

Mission

To provide need-based Comprehensive Rehabilitation through a multi-disciplinary approach and also to create a barrier-free environment and ensure empowerment to the persons with different abilities and their families.

Vision

Persons with different abilities should have equal Rights, Respect and Dignity to lead a better quality of life.
