“PARIVARTHAN” (An Integrated Rural People Welfare Society), is a specialschool for the hearing impaired at Eluru, West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh, is a Non-Governmental Voluntary Organization. It was registered in the year 1997 under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 at Kakinada East Godavari District with the noble concept to implement all measures to uplift the living conditions of the persons with different abilities and people below poverty line irrespective of their caste, creed, religion or sex. Since its inception, the organization is rendering its services of Education, Welfare and Rehabilitation of persons with different abilities in Eluru area in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh.
